After getting the Cedar Creek (CC) put up we went out to dinner, then came home and watched Marley and Me. It really hit home for us because we have two crazy creatures of the canine persuasion.
Ok, between the excitment of getting the new CC and the movie we didn't get much sleep, but still had get up early and head off to work.
As we arrived home all of that evaporated. We have a spanky new 5th wheel in our driveway. We went inside and just sat there.
We are going to go on a little adventure this weekend, boondocking at Donald McDonald park in Vero Beach FL. Yup we are nuts, all that luxury and all the nice RV parks within driving distance and we are taking our first trip to the sticks, no electricity, no sewer hook up.
It really is a very nice little gem of a camp ground. Secluded sites amongst native Florida plants. Plenty of mosquitos to keep us busy. Close to a river with Manatees, fishing. Close to the beach. Not far from the annual Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival.
Definetely not for everyone. But we are looking forward to it.
